We recently completed the development of the iKfz app, a project that involved converting their website into a mobile app. This case study will take you through the process of creating the app, the features we implemented, and the client's feedback.
iKfz is a German online service portal for vehicle registration, deregistration, re-registration and related administrative procedures.
To get an even better understanding of the app, here's its app store description:
The Service Portal Kfz-Zulassung Deutschland is the online service platform for internet-based motor vehicle registration (i-Kfz) in Germany.
We offer a self-serve platform that empowers customers to create their own app with ease. This allowed our client to easily build the iKfz app with the flexibility to design and customize their app according to their preferences. Our support team is always available to assist customers throughout the app creation process if a configuration is too complicated for them to do themselves. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience.
As part of the app creation process, we integrate additional features to enhance the app's functionality. These features include push notifications, which enable the iKfz team to communicate with users effectively and keep them informed about important updates and events. By incorporating these features, we ensure that the app provides a seamless and engaging user experience.
App rejections are a common occurrence during the app publishing process, but they are typically minor issues that can be easily resolved. Common reasons for app rejections include incorrect information in the app store listing or issues with the app's functionality. Our team has experience in addressing these issues and working with customers to ensure a successful app launch.
But with our extensive experience from creating and publishing hundreds of apps, such app rejections pose no long-term problem. We quickly work with our customers to resolve the underlying cause of the issues and submit the app for review again. And we know exactly how to respond to Apple's trick questions in order to make sure the app is in compliance with the app review guidelines, so we can avoid unnecessary delays in the app review process.
After successfully publishing the app, the iKfz team was thrilled to see their app live on the app stores. The app is now available to users, allowing them to access iKfz conveniently on their mobile devices.
Please keep in mind that the app is only available in Germany.
By now, the app has been downloaded over 0 times already! The users seem to be quite happy with the app, since they have rated it 3.2 stars on average based on 20 reviews.
The completion of the iKfz app project marks a significant milestone for our team. We are proud to have delivered a high-quality app that enhances iKfz's online presence and provides users with a convenient way to access their services.
The customer's review of the app creation process:
“With webtoapp.design we were able to offer our digital vehicle registration service as a native app in the App Store and Play Store in a very short time. Special thanks to Jan Bunk, who supported us effectively at every step.”
