The Hardtours app project was a unique opportunity for us to showcase our app development skills. In this case study, we'll provide an overview of the project, the challenges we faced, and the successful outcome we achieved.
Hardtours provides travel services to festivals. They decided to switch from a different app builder to webtoapp.design. We released the new app as an update so users of the existing app get it automatically. Later we created the Partybusse app for the same company.
Here are the main features of the Hardtours app - based on how it is described in the app stores:
Book a very special and unforgettable experience with our festival & event travel offers. HardTours party trips are the perfect way to take a break from everyday life and make dreams come true. You will be reminiscing for months and years afterward, telling friends and family about your experiences. HardTours’ central area of responsibility, as a quality travel broker, lies in planning, organizing and offering trips to various events worldwide with a focus on Europe. All our coach trips are carried out with modern long-distance coaches from selected, licensed bus companies. HardTours represents a distinctive service in consummate quality. © HardTours
The Hardtours app was created using our self-serve platform, which allows customers to design and customize their app with ease. This approach provides flexibility and control over the app's appearance and functionality, enabling customers to create an app that meets their specific requirements. Our support team is always available to assist customers throughout the app creation process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
To enhance the app's functionality, we incorporate additional features such as push notifications, which enable the Hardtours team to communicate with users effectively and keep them informed about important updates and events. These features are designed to improve user engagement and provide a more interactive experience for app users.
During the app publishing process, it's not uncommon to encounter an app rejection from either Google or Apple. Typically these are minor issues, like accidentally providing incorrect links or information in the app store listing. Sometimes there's also a need for small website changes to make sure the content of the app is in compliance with the app store rules.
But with our extensive experience from creating and publishing hundreds of apps, such app rejections pose no long-term problem. We quickly work with our customers to resolve the underlying cause of the issues and submit the app for review again. And we know exactly how to respond to Apple's trick questions in order to make sure the app is in compliance with the app review guidelines, so we can avoid unnecessary delays in the app review process.
With the app now published on the app stores, users can easily download and access Hardtours on their mobile devices. The Hardtours team is pleased with the outcome and looks forward to the app's success.
Already, users have downloaded the app over 20000 times! On average they gave the app a rating of 4.6 stars in the app stores (based on over 259 reviews).
The completion of the Hardtours app project marks a significant milestone for our team. We are proud to have delivered a high-quality app that enhances Hardtours's online presence and provides users with a convenient way to access their services.
And here's what our customer thought:
“Super fast implementation, great support and simply recommendable! We are more than satisfied!”
