Project Introduction

The VNZ app project was a unique opportunity for us to showcase our app development skills. In this case study, we'll provide an overview of the project, the challenges we faced, and the successful outcome we achieved.

App Functionality

The VNZ app gives members access to benefits, reimbursements, health information and services provided by the Belgian VNZ health insurance fund.

Here are the main features of the VNZ app - based on how it is described in the app stores:

The VNZ app gives members and interested parties quick and easy access to information and services from the Flemish & Neutral Health Insurance Fund. Consult your benefits and reimbursements, view supplementary insurance and medical reimbursements, and follow ongoing cases and payment schedules. Find offices and contact details, discover preventive health information, workshops, activities, and download forms and publications. Request an information package or become a member directly via the app.

Developing the VNZ App

We offer a self-serve platform that empowers customers to create their own app with ease. This allowed our client to easily build the VNZ app with the flexibility to design and customize their app according to their preferences. Our support team is always available to assist customers throughout the app creation process if a configuration is too complicated for them to do themselves. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience.

To enhance the app's functionality, we also incorporate additional features such as push notifications, which allow the VNZ team to send timely updates and alerts to users. These features are designed to improve user engagement and provide a more interactive experience for app users.

Publishing the App

App rejections can occur during the app publishing process, but they are usually minor issues that can be quickly resolved. Common reasons for app rejections include missing or incorrect information in the app store listing, or issues with the app's functionality. Our team is experienced in addressing these issues and working with customers to resolve them efficiently.

Our team has a deep understanding of the app publishing process and is well-versed in the requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We have successfully published numerous apps on both platforms and have encountered and resolved various issues that can arise during the app review process. Our experience allows us to address any challenges that may arise during the review and ensure that the app is published in a timely manner.

The app has been successfully published on the app stores, making it accessible to users. The VNZ team is delighted with the app's launch and is eager to see how users engage with the app.

The app is only available in the following regions: Belgium.

In this short time, the app has already been downloaded over 1000 times! Users have given the app an average rating of 5.0 stars based on more than 9 ratings.

Project Outcome

The completion of the VNZ app project marks a significant milestone for our team. We are proud to have delivered a high-quality app that enhances VNZ's online presence and provides users with a convenient way to access their services.
