To make your iOS app available in countries that are part of the EU, you need to tell Apple whether you're a trader or not. Follow the steps below to do that.

Open the "Business" section of App Store Connect.

Click "Complete Compliance Requirements" in the alert box.

Once again click

If you publish apps for/as a hobby, you can select that your account is a non-trader provider account. If your app is for your business, then select that your account is a trader provider account.

Next, you'll need to upload a document that confirms your company name, e.g. an official registration document.

Lastly, you'll need to upload a document that confirms your company's address that you had entered in the previous steps.

Apple will verify the documents you uploaded within the next few days. Keep an eye on your e-mail inbox, because Apple will send you an e-mail in case they notice any issues.

Hi, I'm Jan! I created webtoapp.design in 2019 while studying computer science in university. A lot has changed since then - not only have I graduated, but it's also no longer just me running webtoapp.design. We've grown to a global, fully remote team and have gathered lots of experience around app development and app publishing. We've created and published hundreds of apps in the app stores, where they've been downloaded millions of times.
